We are a team of professional psychologists having experience in the field of human resource management (personnel selection and assessment, consulting, employee training and development).

We like our job, because most of the time we deal with psychological problems. Every company consists of people with their unique relationships. Every applicant - is a unique individuality. And our goal is to match the company’s strategy and culture with employee’s motivation and capabilities.
